Your Questions About Internet Marketing Center

David asks…When did Marketing Research begin using these methodologies (Mail/Phone/Internet)?Marketing Research began using Paper Surveys, then began to Mail their surveys out. Once the telephone became wide-spread, the use of Call Centers emerged to conduct Telephone Interviews. Lastly, the Internet has become the top choice for researchers, but when did that transition truly begin?
